Wusheng Laomu
Wusheng Laomu (), also known simply as Unborn Mother, or as the Wujimu (无极母 "Mother of the Unlimited"), is a goddess in Chinese folk religion and the central figure worshipped in many sects of the Chinese salvationist religions.〔Ma, Meng. 2011. p. 11〕 Another of her names is Yaochi Jinmu (),〔Goossaert, Palmer. 2011. p. 98〕 shared with Xi Wangmu.
In the tradition of folk sects, Wusheng Laomu is the personificated symbol of the absolute principle of reality, known through the more abstract symbols of Zhenkong ("True Emptiness" or "Void"), Wuji (the "Everlasting"), Zhen (the "Truth"), Gufo (the "Ancient Buddha ()"), or Zu (the "Patriarch").〔Seiwert, 2003. p. 387〕 The abstract symbols are favoured in early Luoism, while female personification was preferred in later sect traditions, such as Xiantiandao.〔Seiwert, 2003. p. 387〕
These symbols are commonly combined together in books of the sect tradition to express the impersonal absolute principle (for example Wuji Zhenkong, "Limitless True Emptiness") or its personal representation (for example ''Wusheng Laomu'', Wuji Shengzu the "Limitless Holy Patriarch", or Wuji Gufo the "Limitless Ancient Buddha ()").〔Seiwert, 2003. p. 387〕 The source of all being is also traditionally represented as the Big Dipper asterism.〔Seiwert, 2003. p. 387〕

Wusheng Laomu is considered a derivative form of Xi Wangmu,〔Pregadio, 2013. § ''Views of Human Society: Messianism and Millenarianism''〕 the ancient mother goddess of China associated to the mythical Kunlun, the axis mundi.
